Weekly Process Groups
Participation in process group leads to a sense of increased competence at life, the experience of feeling more alive, and having expanded capacity for deep and satisfying relationships.
In her practice, Katie leads long-term groups that are based on developing relationships over time, and that lead to significant, deep, and permanent changes improving the overall quality of life for group members.
In small groups led by Katie, members have the opportunity to:
Learn about themselves in relationship to others
Develop the ability to communicate more effectively
Address feelings of isolation, depression, or anxiety
Enhance their interpersonal and intimate relationships
Come alive in all areas of being

Weekly Training Groups for Professionals
A believer in the idea that “the best training is doing,” Katie provides long term weekly online training groups for professionals, based anywhere in the world, who are interested in leading their own groups or simply developing their sense of themselves professionally.
Training groups provide an experiential environment in which members are invited to develop relationships with other professionals in order to expand their psychological range.
Participants in training groups:
Develop a sense of professional identity
Increase understanding of group dynamics
Learn about themselves in relationship with other professionals enhancing their capacity to work with groups consisting of, for example, clients, employees, co-workers, board members and others
Strengthen confidence in themselves as leaders of process, therapy, task, psycho-educational or other types of group
Unearth joy in being a leader

Weekend Training Group for Professionals
The weekend training group uses the same principles as weekly training group but for intensive 3 times-a-year experiences. This group has been meeting since 2017 and has limited spots open for fully licensed professionals prepared to meet in Los Angeles.
